It is important that you ensure that you only borrow what you will be able to afford to repay on your payment date. We are a responsible lender and will only approve a loan application where we consider, based on our creditworthiness and affordability assessment, that it is affordable for the borrower.

Loan Extension Policy

If there is an unavoidable, short-term change in your circumstances, you may apply to extend your loan up to 30 days from your current repayment date. Extensions are not automatically approved, we will evaluate your extension request based on the information you provide and your current financial situation. We will confirm your extension after we are sure that the extension is in line with our responsible lending obligations. Before you can extend your loan you will need to repay the outstanding interest and fees of your current loan. If You wish to apply to extend your loan you should log in to your account, choose the section 'Extend loan' and follow the directions. Please note that extensions should not be used as a long-term financial solution.

We understand that your financial situation can change suddenly due to a variety of circumstances. If you take out a loan and then find yourself in financial difficulty it is important that you contact us and let us know as soon as possible so that we can discuss alternative payment arrangements designed to help you and direct you to free independent sources of advice.

Warning: Late repayment can cause you serious money problems. For help, go to moneyadviceservice.org.uk.

Non-payment policy

Missing repayments can have serious consequences as we may report your default to credit reference agencies which could detrimentally impact upon your credit score and make it harder for you to obtain credit in future. If you default, we may charge you a £20 missed repayment fee and interest on the balance outstanding at the interest rate payable under the agreement. You will also have to pay us any reasonable expenses and costs that we may incur in taking steps to enforce (for example, via County Court Judgements), or attempt to enforce, our rights against you under your loan agreement (we usually forward such debts to the Debt Collection Agencies that we choose). If you think that you may miss your repayment date you should contact us as soon as possible.
